Man stabbed in parking lot scuffle near Everett

Officials believe the incident was gang-related. The man’s injuries were not life-threatening.

EVERETT — A man was taken to the hospital after being stabbed on Wednesday night near Everett.

His injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.

Several people were fighting in a parking lot around 10:30 p.m. in the 800 block of 112th Street SW. The 18-year-old was stabbed. Someone drove him to the hospital.

The man hasn’t been cooperating with detectives, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office. Officials believe the incident was gang-related.

An investigation is ongoing.
