POULSBO — The Washington State Patrol says a man who was struck and killed on Highway 305 near Poulsbo Tuesday night was intoxicated and walking on the centerline when he stepped into the path of a car.
The 30-year-old man died at the scene.
Troopers say no charges are likely against the 54-year-old Bainbridge Island man who was driving.
