EVERETT — The Snohomish County medical examiner Tuesday afternoon identified the man who perished in a fire last week as Kenny Shular.
Shular, 31, died Saturday after a morning blaze ripped through the apartment complex where he was living at 3116 Lombard Ave.
The fire displaced more than 30 people, including children and infants.
Investigators still don’t know what started the fire, but found no evidence of foul play.
The cause and manner of Shular’s death is pending investigation, the medical examiner’s office reported.
