SPOKANE — The Spokane County sheriff’s office says the man and woman killed in a murder-suicide had dated, and the relationship may have played a part in Saturday’s shooting at Spokane.
Police say 26-year-old Shawn Hines shot 20-year-old Jennifer Setliff five times at her apartment and returned to his apartment next door, where he shot himself.
