MARYSVILLE — Major crimes detectives with the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office have determined that the death of a 29 year-old man found hanging from a tree Aug. 16 is not suspicious.
His body was discovered near a utility substation in the 3100 block of 88th Street SE on the west side of I-5 on the Tulalip Indian Reservation.
The sheriff’s office was called after the man was found hanging from a limb, face down, the sheriff’s office reported. A tow strap was stretched from the limb of the tree.
The Snohomish County Medical Examiner has asked to determine the cause and manner of death.
