MARYSVILLE — The city’s annual All City Food Drive starts Saturday, kicking off the holiday season.
The Marysville Community Food Bank and Toy Store will be collecting food, books, coats and unused toys from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
In addition, the familiar red collection barrels will be placed at 75 businesses and public places throughout the city.
People also can drop off donations at the food bank behind St. Mary’s Catholic Church at 4150 88th St. NE. It is open 8 a.m. to noon on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. It’s also open Tuesdays from 2 to 6:30 p.m.

Unwrapped gifts for children under 18 also can be dropped off at any city government building, including community centers and police and fire stations. For more information, call Tara Mizell at 360-363-8404.
