MARYSVILLE — Police in Marysville were looking for a bank robbery suspect Monday night.
The man is accused of robbing the Coastal Community Bank in the 300 block of State Avenue around 5 p.m., Marysville police Cmdr. Robb Lamoureux said.
The man reportedly handed a bank teller a note demanding money. He also implied that he had a weapon, Lamoureux said.
A police dog could not track him down after he left the bank.
The man is described as being about 5 foot, 6 inches tall and weighing around 240 pounds. He was wearing khaki pants, a dark hooded sweatshirt and a dark-billed baseball cap as well as wire-rimmed glasses.
