MARYSVILLE — Police are trying to identify a man who robbed a 7-Eleven on Dec. 4.
According to Marysville Police, the man entered the 7-Eleven at 10013 Shoultes Road around 3 a.m., chambered a round in his gun and demanded that an employee put cash in a white Bank of America money pouch.
He was seen in security footage wearing a blue polo jacket with red strings, dark pants and dark tennis shoes with a light-colored stripe in front. He was armed with a black semiautomatic pistol with a laser mounted below the barrel.
Marysville Cmdr. Mark Thomas said in a statement that the man’s action of racking a round demonstrated “an elevated act of aggression.”
“We would very much like to identify this person and take them into custody before anybody is injured by their reckless and aggressive actions,” Thomas said.
