Willie Tiff
Age: 31
Height: 6 feet, 1 inch
Weight: 210 pounds
Hair: Black
Eyes: Brown
Tiff has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for a domestic violence court order violation.
Martin Stark
Age: 22
Height: 6 feet
Weight: 180 pounds
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Blue
Stark has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for third-degree assault.
