DARRINGTON – The search for missing Anacortes man continued today after his pickup truck was discovered northwest of here.
Police and search and rescue volunteers combed the southeast corner of Skagit County today for any sign of Keith Anderson, 62, who’s been missing since Jan. 6, Anacortes police Chief Bonnie Bowers said. Anderson’s truck was found overnight off a remote logging road in the area.
Detectives examined the retired school counselor’s vehicle and found no evidence of foul play.
Keith Anderson left his home to meet an acquaintance in Snohomish County the evening of Jan. 6 and hasn’t returned.
He is described as white, 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighing 135 pounds. He has blue eyes, graying brown hair and a gray beard.
