SNOQUALMIE PASS — The King County sheriff’s office says a rescue helicopter has located a hiker who had been missing near Snoqualmie Pass.
The office said on its Twitter account that the woman’s condition is not yet known.
Paula Reuter, of Seattle, was last heard from Monday and was reported missing Tuesday night.
Detective Jason Stanley said friends have described the 21-year-old woman as a casual hiker who probably wasn’t equipped to camp out with temperatures dropping into the 40s.
The restaurant manager went hiking with her two dogs and was last heard from Monday when she posted a photo of a hillside on Instagram.
