The man, 32, is being investigated for harboring a minor and second-degree child molestation.

LYNNWOOD — A 12-year-old girl who went missing Thursday morning is now safe, and the man she was with has been arrested, according to Lynnwood police.

Detectives suspect the man, 32, arranged to meet the girl and drive her to a home in Kitsap County. He was booked into the Snohomish County Jail Friday afternoon for investigation of harboring a minor with sexual motivation and second-degree child molestation.

The FBI and the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office assisted in bringing the suspect into custody.
