Missing Vancouver girl found safe

VANCOUVER, Wash. — Police found a missing 12-year-old Vancouver girl Thursday morning safe and unharmed.

Police started searching for Hannah E. Turkington on Wednesday night when she did not return home after being with a friend as she promised her mother.
