MONROE — A Monroe man was arrested for investigation of a drive-by-shooting after he allegedly fired a pistol into the air Friday while in a car with a sun roof.
A caller reported the incident around 6 p.m. Friday near U.S. 2 and Fryelands Boulevard.
The man, 18, was arrested around 1:45 a.m. Saturday. He also was booked in to jail for disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia.
