MONROE – A 19-year-old man who died Monday on a dirt-bike track near Silvana has been identified as Troy Boggs of Monroe, the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office reported this afternoon.
The accident occurred around 4 p.m. on the track in the 22000 block of Sather Road in the Silvana area, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.
The teen reportedly was riding motorbikes with three other young men on the private, rural property when he crashed. Boggs, who was wearing a helmet, died at the scene.
