OLYMPIA — The Tuesday after the Presidents Day holiday is another furlough day for most Washington state employees.
This is the seventh of 10 unpaid days in the current budget period to cut state spending by $70 million. Law enforcement and other crucial workers are exempted.
The next furlough day will be March 28.
