FREELAND — A motorcyclist was hurt in a car crash Saturday evening.
Medics rushed the 47-year-old Freeland man to a Whidbey Island hospital after his motorcycle was struck by a car on E. Goss Lake Road about 8 p.m., according to the State Patrol. His condition was not immediately known.
The car’s driver, 28, of Freeland, wasn’t hurt. He was arrested for investigation of vehicular assault. Alcohol may have been a factor in the crash, according to the patrol.
