MOUNTLAKE TERRACE — Mountlake Terrace police are warning people about a convicted sex offender who is moving back to town.
Andrew Clegg Mensing, 61, will be living in the 4500 Block of 224th Place West, police said. He is a Level II sex offender who was convicted of sexual intercourse without consent in Montana in 1998. He is under active supervision.
Mensing is described as 5-foot-8 and 185 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
