Mukilteo group donates over 125 handmade quilts to nonprofits

The Mukilteo Lighthouse Quilters in May gave over 125 quilts to Helping Hands and Homage Senior Services.

Coming up, the group plans its annual Comfort Quilt Sew-In, 6:45 to 8:45 p.m. July 17 at the Rosehill Community Center, 304 Lincoln Ave., Mukilteo. There will be pre-made packets to make “I Spy” quilts for kids served by Helping Hands, or use your own design.
