MUKILTEO — The second annual Mukilteo Classic community bicycle ride is planned for Sunday.
Riders can register in person between 6:45 and 9:30 a.m. at Mukilteo City Hall, 11930 Cyrus Way. The cost is $25 per person, $40 for a family, or $15 for the eight-mile ride. Paying participants will get T-shirts.
The eight-mile route opens at 9:30 a.m.* The longer rides start at 7 a.m.
Three loop routes start and end at City Hall: The eight-mile, family-friendly ride goes around the Harbour Pointe area of Mukilteo.
The 28-mile scenic coastline loop heads to north Everett along the Interurban Trail and back along Mukilteo Boulevard and the Speedway.
The 40-mile country and city loop goes east to Snohomish, following the Snohomish River, and returns through north Everett and along the Interurban Trail.
The event is sponsored by the city and Quality Fitness studio.
