WASHINGTON — A century of scouting is being honored Tuesday with a new postage stamp.
The 44-cent stamp will be released at ceremonies at the National Scout Jamboree at Fort A.P. Hill, Va., and also will go on sale nationwide.
An estimated 30,000 boy scouts are attending the group’s annual gathering.
The Boy Scouts of America celebrated its 100th anniversary Feb. 8.
