ANCHORAGE, Alaska — It doesn’t appear that anyone in Wasilla asked the “Naughty No-No Show,” an adult-themed aerial acrobatic act, to leave town.
But the organizers of the show told The Anchorage Daily News they decided to move their act scheduled for Friday in Wasilla to Anchorage after concerns were raised by the Wasilla mayor that the performance might violate Wasilla’s city ordinance against lewdness.
Allison Williams directs the Aerial Angels. She says her show sometimes includes partial nudity and would likely violate the letter of the Wasilla lewdness law. A poster included the statement, “Rated R, no one under 17 admitted.”
Two members of the troupe, Anthony Oliva and Christina Conger, are from Anchorage.
