MARYSVILLE — Officials have identified a Marysville man who was shot and killed June 11.
Seaton J. Baker was 59, according to the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office. His death was ruled a homicide from multiple gunshot wounds.
The suspect, a 59-year-old Lynnwood-area man, remained behind bars Friday on suspicion of murder. Bail was set at $1 million.
The shooting happened at an apartment complex along 73rd Place NE, where Baker lived. He reportedly had confronted the suspect, who witnesses said was walking around shirtless and behaving strangely.
