In a hand recount, John Zambrano edged A.J. Housler by one vote to win a seat on the Mountlake Terrace City Council.
The vote was 1,625 to 1,624.
Snohomish County auditor’s officials just finished the recount this afternoon. The results are the final ones from the Nov. 4 general election.
Two other races were recounted today, both by machine.
Robert Amenn got by Dorothy Croshaw 211 to 209 to claim a spot on the Gold Bar City Council.
And Marianne Burkhart beat Ken Reid 2,956 to 2,931 to win a seat as a commissioner for the Port of Edmonds.
