Bidding to begin on new Everett Animal Shelter
CNJA Architects of Everett have completed designs and specifications for a new shelter to house stray, abandoned and dangerous pets.

The existing decade-old animal shelter southeast of downtown on 36th Street stands in the way of an expansive commercial and retail development between I-5 and the Snohomish River that Everett officials plan to have built.
