EVERETT — A man in his 70s was rescued from the Everett marina after falling off a boat Saturday morning.
Around 11 a.m. Saturday, Everett firefighters were called to a report of a man who fell overboard from a 32-foot boat near the north docks.
He had been pulled from the water before first responders arrived. Paramedics took him to shore on Marine 1, the department’s rescue boat. He was later transported to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett for evaluation.
The man was in stable condition, Everett Fire spokesperson Rachael Doniger said.
