Q: When will Pacific Avenue in Everett be open again in front of Lowes?
A: Wayne Wentz, Everett city traffic engineer, said the road should reopen Nov. 15.
The road was closed for construction of a $44 million transportation center between Pacific Avenue and 35th Street. The center, known as Everett Station, will be a place where people can park bicycles and other vehicles and catch trains, buses or taxis. During construction, Pacific Avenue from Fulton Street to McDougall Street is closed.
