MILL CREEK — A woman who was struck by a car in Mill Creek on Sunday is recovering at the hospital.
The 32-year-old was upgraded Wednesday from serious to stable condition, the Mill Creek Police Department said.
The crash happened at the intersection of 16th Avenue SE and 132nd Street SE, near the Fred Meyer store. At the time, the woman reportedly was in a crosswalk, crossing against the light. The driver, a man from Camano Island, stayed at the scene.
The speed limit in that area is 45 mph.
The investigation is ongoing.
