SPOKANE — Spokane police have arrested a 16-year-old boy on suspicion of shooting out a car window after an argument over parking.
The incident happened Monday afternoon after a woman parked near Whitman Elementary School to pick up her daughter.
A truck drove by and the occupants yelled at the woman for blocking the roadway.
Police say an argument ensued and the passenger in the truck pulled out a firearm and shot out the rear window of the victims’ vehicle.
Police say the victim provided the license number and a description of the suspect vehicle and it was located 90 minutes later.
