AUBURN — A body police believe to be a missing homeowner has been found in his burned home in Auburn.
KCPQ-TV reported that detectives have been investigating an early Monday morning fire at the home which left homeowner Kevin Holle unaccounted for. Firefighters and others weren’t able to enter the home until Tuesday due to unsafe conditions.
Auburn Police Commander Steve Stocker saod a body was recovered from the home Tuesday and is believed to be that of Holle.
A medical examiner will confirm the identity.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the fire’s cause.
