EVERETT — Police plucked a soggy suspect from the Snohomish River after he ran from them on Thanksgiving morning.
Officers used a thermal-imaging camera to locate the man in the water near Dagmars Marina around 6:30 a.m., Everett police Officer Aaron Snell said. The 30-year-old was being sought on warrants.
Police had responded to nearby Langus Park the previous night for a noise complaint, Snell said. When officers tried to speak to a group of men in a boat, they cast off and refused to cooperate. The man apparently was among the party.
