EDMONDS – Police are searching for an Edmonds man who wandered away from his caregiver Tuesday night.
Tom Anderson, 59, was last seen at the Burlington Coat Factory in the 24100 block of Highway 99. Anderson has a mild developmental disability, Edmonds police said. His speech is broken and he can be difficult to understand. He generally answers questions affirmatively without much consideration, police said.
Anderson is familiar with the bus system and may stay close to bus routes.
He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and 290 pounds. He has brown eyes and was last wearing a brown sweatshirt, black pants and a brown hat.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
