SNOHOMISH – Police are looking for a 59-year-old woman who vanished from her home more than a week ago.
Galina Brown of Snohomish was last seen Oct. 11 at her home in the 13500 block of 69th Avenue SE, Snohomish County Sheriff’s spokeswoman Rebecca Hover said. Brown’s husband thought she had gone to work on Oct. 12. He began calling family and friends when she didn’t come home that night.
Brown has health problems and needs medication, Hover said. She didn’t appear to have her medication with her when she disappeared. Detectives say it’s possible she went for a walk and became disoriented.
Detectives found no signs of foul play, Hover said.
Brown is described as being 5-foot 9 and weighing 180 pounds with brown hair and gray eyes. In the photo, she is shown with blond hair. She has a Russian accent. She was last seen wearing jeans, a T-shirt, a gray LL Bean brand parka and tennis shoes.
