EVERETT – Everett police are asking for the public’s help in finding a man who allegedly helped rob an Everett espresso stand Tuesday.
Police arrested one man, 38, of Everett, on suspicion of second-degree robbery and are searching for a second, Steven Joe Mestas of Everett.
The two allegedly robbed Broadway Joes Coffee, 1532 N. Broadway, shortly after noon Tuesday, Everett Police Sgt. Boyd Bryant said . Detectives believe the two may be responsible for other crimes in Everett, he added.
Mestas, 45, is 6-foot-1, 195 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information about his location is asked to call 911. People with information about the robbery or other unsolved Everett cases are asked to call the police department tipline at 425-257-8450.
