Police seek information about shooting

EVERETT – Police are investigating an early morning shooting in south Everett that left a 40-year-old man with injuries he is expected to survive.

The man was shot at about 2:30 a.m. today near a motel in the 8400 block of Evergreen Way, Everett Police Sgt. Robert Goetz said.

Police believe the shooter knows the victim, Goetz said. No arrests have been made.

The victim was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.

The Everett Police major crimes unit is investigating. Anyone with information is asked to call 425-257-8450.
