EVERETT — Police on Sunday were continuing to search for a man who reportedly assaulted a woman at gunpoint.
The assault occurred Saturday in the 11000 block of 28th Drive SE. Police received a call around 7:15 p.m. after the woman fled from the suspect, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office. Information about her injuries has not been released.
Everett, Lynnwood and Mill Creek police departments assisted with the search for the suspect Saturday night.
He is described as a white man in his 20s or 30s, police said. He was wearing a mask, a red and black striped shirt and jeans. There with a cast on his right arm.
Detectives are continuing their investigation, sheriff’s Lt. Monte Beaton said. No further details were immediately available.
