LAKE STEVENS — Police are warning neighbors about a convicted sex offender who now is living in the 10100 block of 54th Place NE, just south of Lake Cassidy.
Travis Tyrell Reiner, 42, is a Level 3 offender, the level deemed most likely to reoffend.
Reiner was convicted in 1995 of third-degree rape and second-degree assault in connection with an attack on an adult woman in Snohomish County.
He is described as white, 6-foot-2 and 215 pounds. He has hazel eyes and brown hair.
