American Civil Liberties Union speaker Pat Gallagher says U.S. prisons are full of people arrested on marijuana possession charges. Gallagher plans to talk to the Camano Island Democrats at 6:30 tonight at the Camano Multi- Purpose Building, 141 N. East Camano Drive. The public is invited. A potluck meal begins the gathering.
