SMOKEY POINT – Snohomish County sheriff’s Lt. Rob Beidler plans to meet people Monday to talk about his run for county sheriff.

Beidler is among three candidates vying for job for 2008. Term limits prevent Sheriff Rick Bart from running again. The primary race is Aug. 21 with the top two candidates moving on to the general election Nov. 6.

Beidler will be available to answer questions from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Buzz Inn, 17216 Smokey Point Drive, Arlington.
