Prosser man convicted of sex with schoolgirls

KENNEWICK — A Prosser man accused of giving drugs to Kona-Benton High School girls for sex was convicted Thursday of child rape, communicating with a minor for immoral purposes and distributing a controlled substance to a minor with sexual motivation.

Jonathan Kuhlman, 42, could face life in prison when he is sentenced July 10 in Benton County Superior Court.

KVEW reports the stepdad of one of the victims says Kuhlman stood up and threatened the girls after his sentencing and they left the courtroom hysterical.
