Everett City Council, 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, City Hall chambers, 3002 Wetmore Ave. Agenda includes approving Everett Housing Authority’s acquisition of the Madison Villa Apartments.

Snohomish County PUD Board of Commissioners, 7:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. today, 2320 California St., Everett. A general discussion with legislative officials is planned for the morning session, while the public may comment on the 2010 proposed budget in the afternoon session.
