Everett City Council, 8:30 a.m. today, City Council Chambers, 3002 Wetmore Ave. The council is scheduled to vote on a $143,000 contract with Perteet Engineering of Everett to perform a freight mobility contract. The cost would be shared by the city, the Port of Everett and Marysville.

Darrington Town Council, 7 p.m. today, Town Hall, 1005 Cascade St. The council plans to pay its monthly bills.

Arlington Library Board, 5:30 p.m. Thursday, in the council library outside Arlington City Council chambers, 110 E. Third St.
