Everett City Council, 8:30 a.m., City Council Chambers, 3002 Wetmore Ave., Everett. The council is scheduled to vote on a proposal to delay the sales deadline of 221 acres of riverfront property to developer OliverMcMillan of San Diego.

Snohomish County Council, 9 a.m., first floor, County Administration Building, 3000 Rockefeller Ave., Everett. The council plans to discuss annexations in Granite Falls and Stanwood, and whether to appoint county Executive Director Deanna Dawson to the Sound Transit Board.
