Snohomish City Council, 7 tonight, George Gilbertson Boardroom, 1601 Avenue D. Agenda includes a presentation of a water quality update on Blackmans Lake. The council will meet at 6 p.m. as the Transportation Benefit District to select preferred voter approved revenue options.

Granite Falls City Council, 7 p.m. Wednesday, City Hall chambers, 206 S. Granite Ave. The approval of the cost of truck weight restriction signs is on the agenda.

Lake Stevens Planning Commission, 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Community Center, 1808 Main Street. The agenda includes an update on the Shoreline Master Plan.
