Opponents of Referendum 71 are gathering behind closed doors in an Everett hotel to watch tonight’s results.
Protect Marriage Washington, the group that qualified the measure for the ballot, barred members of the media from entering the party at the Holiday Inn. Leaders of the group did plan to meet with reporters at 8:30 p.m.
