KENT — The second murder trial is under way in Kent for a pest control business manager accused of poisoning his wife with strychnine.
The first trial of Joseph Naimo ended in October with the jury split.
The 64-year-old is accused of killing 53-year-old Ann Marie Naimo in 2008 at their Federal Way home.
King County prosecutors say he killed his wife so he could pursue relationships with other women.
The defense lawyer says she committed suicide.
The Olympian reports the trial could last until mid-June at the county Regional Justice Center.
