KENNEWICK — A man’s nursing license is suspended as he faces charges in a child pornography case.
The Tri-City Herald reports Darrin Ruddell, of West Richland, pleaded not guilty to charges including possessing depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Ruddell has 20 days to respond to state health officials suspending his license.
He is prohibited from practicing nursing in the state until the case is resolved.
Ruddell was released from custody on $150,000 bail.
A judge increased his bail to $175,000 on Thursday.
His trial is set for June 6.
