Road report

How to read your road report: Road restrictions may be near, but not in the cities under which they are listed. Most restrictions are between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. on weekdays. Any lane on the road could be closed between the two cross streets found in most listings.

Notes and news

* More developments are occurring with the Ash Way park-and-ride lot project, which involves a direct access overpass connecting the Ash Way park-and-ride lot to the carpool and transit lanes. All lanes of southbound I-5 will be closed nightly through Wednesday between 128th Street and 164th Street. The carpool lane will close at 9 p.m., the adjacent lane will close at 10 p.m., three lanes will be closed by 11 p.m., followed by the full roadway closure at midnight. Motorists will be directed off the freeway at 128th, west to Highway 99, south on 99 to Highway 525, then on 525 back to the I-5/I-405 interchange. All lanes will reopen by 5 a.m. Crews will be putting up scaffolding. Also: Wednesday through Friday, up to three lanes of southbound I-5 may be closed nightly 11 p.m.-5 a.m.

* 172nd Street NE between 67th Avenue NE and 79th Avenue NE, brief closures through Friday. Utilities and frontage improvements. n 172nd Street NE, 4100 block, lane closures today and Tuesday. Installing new main water pipe.

Everett

* 12th Street SE between 85th Avenue SE and 87th Avenue SE. Lane closed and shoulder closures March 1-31. Gas main. n Highway 527 between 164th Street SE and 132nd Street SE. Lane closed northbound and southbound until Friday. Landscaping.

Lynnwood

* Ash Way between 148th Street SE and Madison Way. Lane closed until Feb. 26. Utilities and frontage improvements. n 48th Avenue W. between 156th Street SW and 159th Place SW. Lane closed until Feb. 26. Utilities and frontage improvements for Brookview Estates.

Marysville

* Marine Drive at Waterworks Road. Lane closed until Feb. 25. Traffic signal and road widening.

Monroe

* 121st Avenue SE between 202nd Street SE and 208th Place SE. Lane closed today and Tuesday. Road subgrade. n Highway 522 at the interchange of Fales Road and Echo Lake Road. Rolling slowdowns noon-1 p.m. Tuesday. Blasting.

Mukilteo

* Highway 525 between Highway 99 and Highway 526. Lane closed northbound and southbound until Friday. Irrigation work.

Snohomish

* 138th Street SE between 41st Avenue SE and 42nd Avenue SE. Lane closed Thursday-Feb. 23. Sewer system.

Stanwood

* Pioneer Highway between Norman Road and 28th Avenue NE. Road closed until Feb. 22-25. Cross-culvert.

* Locust Way in the 23500 block and on 20th Avenue W. at 235th Place SW. Lane closed until March 2. Utilities and frontage improvements. n North Road, just north of 183rd Street SW and at 182nd Street SW. Lane closed until Feb. 28. Gas main. n Harvest Road between Winesap Road and Eighth Avenue SE. Lane closed until Friday. New water service.

Everett

* E. Gibson Road between Center Road and 121st Street SW. Lane closed until Feb. 25. Water services and hydrant. n E. Gibson Road between Center Road and 121st St. SW. Lane closed until March 15. Sewer system. n 94th Place SE, east of 21st Drive SE. Lane closed until Feb. 28. Gas main.

Everett-Lake Stevens

* 83rd Avenue SE, between 12th Street SE and 15th Place SE; and 12th Street SE, between 83rd Avenue SE and 84th Avenue SE. Lanes closed until Feb. 28. Gas main installation for Skyline Place.

Granite Falls

* Mountain Loop Highway between milepost 12.5 and the town of Silverton. Lane closed until March 1. Communication facilities.

Lake Stevens

* Cedar Road between 24th Street NE and just north of 28th Street NE. Lanes closed until Feb. 28. Gas main.

Lynnwood

* Ash Way between 140th Street SW and 142nd Street SW. Lane closed through March. Gas main. n 164th Street SW between Meridian Avenue S. and Cascadian Way, and on Cascadian Way, just off 164th Street SW. Lanes closed until April 7. Utilities and frontage improvements. n 12th Avenue W. between 211th Place SW and 208th Place SW. Road closed until June 24. This new portion of road will open when 75 percent of the homes have been built. Rockery construction and site preparation for the plat. n Madison Way between 148th Place SW and Ash Way. Lane closed until March 4. Equipment installation for sewer and water. n Larch Way, just west of Poplar Way. Lane closed Tuesday until Feb. 25. * State Avenue and 88th Street NE. Lanes closed nightly through Wednesday. Gas main and directional bore. n 71st Avenue NE, north of Soper Hill Road and on Soper Hill Road, between 71st Avenue NE and 83rd Avenue NE. Lanes closed until June 30. Sewer lines.

Mill Creek

* Cascadian Way at 146th Street SW at Meridian Drive SE, and on Meridian Drive SE at 146th Street SW. Lanes closed sometime before Feb. 28. Gas line extension. n Dumas Road between North Creek Drive and the park-and-ride lot. Road closed until sometime in July. Multiple projects. n 15th Avenue SE between Bothell-Everett Highway and 175th Place SE. Lane closed until Feb. 26. Utilities and paving. n 41st Avenue SE between 148th Street SE and 156th Street SE. Lane closed until March 3. Installing sewer and water service for Wynwood Meadows. n 161st Street SE between Sunset Road and 164th Street SE. Lane closed until May 14. Sewer and frontage improvements.

Monroe

* Old Owen Road between U.S. 2 and Calhoun Road. Road open, but lane closures will continue until further notice. Future full closures still possible. Paving and bridge repairs. For daily updates, call 425-388-3993.

Silver Lake
