Road Report

How to read your road report: Road restrictions are near but not always in the cities under which they are listed. Most restrictions are between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. on weekdays. Any lane on the road could be closed between the two cross streets found in most listings.

* 176th Street SW between 52nd Avenue W. and 54th Place W. Road closed during weekday daylight hours indefinitely. Safety project. n Ash Way between 153rd St. SW and 55th St. SW. Monroe

* Old Owen Road between U.S. 2 and Calhoun Road. Road closure modified to four days during the period between today and Nov. 24. For daily updates, call a hotline at 425-388-3993. Paving and bridge repairs.

Mukilteo

* Shelby Road between Highway 99 and 40th Avenue W. Lane closed until Dec. 17. Water service. n Puget Sound Boulevard between blocks 13500 and 13800. Single-lane closure extended through Dec. 3. Repairs.

Snohomish

* Highway 9 between the vicinities of Highway 96 and Highway 204. Lanes closed nightly until Thursday. Paint striping and guard rail installation.

Stanwood

* 68th Avenue NW between 280th Street NW and 288th Street NW. Road closed Nov. 22-Dec. 6. Sewer system.

Sultan

* Cedar Ponds Road between Ben Howard Road and 299th Avenue SE. Full-lane closure extended until Nov. 24. Repairs.

* Mountain Loop Highway between milepost 12.5 and the town of Silverton. Lane closed until March 1. Communication facilities.

Mill Creek

* 164th Street between Third Avenue and Cascadian Way. Lane closed though Dec. 15. Multiple projects. n Intersection area of Cascadian Way and 146th Street SW and intersection area of 146th Street SW and Meridian Drive SE. Lanes closed until Wednesday. Gas line. n 169th Street SE between 35th Avenue SE and Sunset Road, and on Sunset Road between 169th Street SE and 164th Street SE. Lane closed until Nov. 30. Cable installation. n 161st Street SE between Sunset Road and 164th Street SE. Lane closed until May 14, 2005. Sewer and frontage improvements.

Monroe

* Highway 522 between the Fales Road, Echo Lake Road interchange and the Snohomish River. Blasting test at 12:30 p.m. Thursdays. Traffic will be slowed or stopped for approximately 15-20 minutes while blasting occurs. Similar blasting will occur throughout November 10 a.m.-1 p.m. n Bollenbaugh Hill Road between Woods Creek Road and Old Pipeline Road. Lane closed until Nov. 30. Silver Lake

Stanwood

Warm Beach
