SEATTLE — The State Patrol says three vehicles were hit by rocks at the I-5 and I-90 interchange in Seattle.
Sgt. Keith Trowbridge says one broke the windshield of a postal semi-truck and the driver suffered minor injuries from flying glass. Two cars also were hit about 3:30 a.m. today.
Trowbridge says there are no suspects. Investigators aren’t sure if the rocks were thrown from the side of the road or dropped from an overpass on the westbound I-90 onramp to southbound I-5.
On Monday, troopers arrested a young couple accused of tossing rocks off an I-5 overpass near Tacoma and hitting 14 cars as part of a stripping game.
